Dr. Sugumar Duraisamy, Principal of CARE College of Arts and Science, Trichy, holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Com. in Commerce, an MBA, and has cleared the SET examination in Management. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he specializes in areas such as corporate finance, global finance, entrepreneurial financing, public finance, strategic management, human resource management, marketing, and global marketing. A prolific researcher, he has published 20 papers in national and international journals indexed in Scopus and UGC CARE, including the African Journal of Business Management and the Turkish Online Journal of Distance Education and E-Learning. He has also served as an editor for the CARE Journal of Management. Dr. B. ABDUL SUBAN is currently serving as the Head in the Department of Commerce (CA) and serves as the IQAC Coordinator, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning practices at CARE CAS. With over two decades of experience in education and 10 years of parallel industry experience, his areas of interest include banking and computer applications. He has been honored with the Best Faculty Award by CARE CAS for two consecutive years, starting in 2022. Additionally, he received the Achiever Award 2023 from the Tamil Nadu GST Association, Trichy. Throughout his career, he has acted as a resource person for faculty development programs and student-oriented initiatives across various colleges and deemed universities. Furthermore, he has served as a board member for several universities and autonomous colleges, contributing significantly to shaping educational policies and practices.

Dr. M. Yasmin, Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (CA), has two and a half decades of academic experience and has held several positions in different colleges in Trichy. Currently, she oversees the entire Exam Cell operations and handles AISHE reporting for CARE-CAS.

Dr.Radhakrishnan Mathivanan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (CA) at CARE College of Arts and Science, Trichy, has a rich academic and professional background. He holds an M.Phil. in Management, an M.Com. in Commerce, and an MBA. He is also a certified ISO Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2004). With over six years of teaching experience and 16 years in the finance industry, his expertise spans areas such as Costing, Corporate Accounting, International Trade and Foreign Exchange, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. He has earned more than 50 certificates through seminars and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), both as a participant and as a workshop resource person. Dr.Senthil is the Head of the Language Department and also serves as the Chief Superintendent of the Exam Cell and NSS Coordinator. With 23 years of teaching experience, he specializes in Tamil literature and conducts research on tribal communities. He has published 17 articles in UGC-CARE-listed journals and authored three books. His work, Palangudi Makkal Panpadu Maruthuvam, was featured by Google. Dr. Senthil has received seven national awards, 11 international awards, and the Best Faculty Award from CARE College in 2022.
