The Department of Visual Communication celebrated the World Radio Day on 13th February, 2023. Mrs.Abirami, Senior Producer and RJ, Trichy Programming Head, Suryan FM was the Guest Speaker. Abirami delivered the speech on \u2018Power of Radio Medium\u2019. She recalls 15 years of journey with Radio to motivate the students in Radio Jockey and Podcasting. She remembered Usha Mehta, who ran the radio station for the Indian Freedom Movement to fight against British colonialism.
