The Department of B.Com (CA) proudly organized a dynamic symposium, <\/span>CARE-ASPIRE (Where Talents Meet Challenges)<\/b>, on 8th February 2025, at 9:30 AM at CARE Campus. The symposium aimed to bring together young minds to explore emerging trends in commerce, technology, and leadership, fostering intellectual growth and professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was inaugurated by Mr. N. Ramesh, Managing Director, Sri Vethaa Dairy Private Limited, who delivered an inspiring address on entrepreneurial challenges, industry adaptability, and business innovation. His insights into the dairy industry and the significance of strategic decision-making provided valuable takeaways for aspiring entrepreneurs and commerce students.<\/span><\/p>\n

The symposium featured panel discussions, technical sessions, and student presentations, covering topics such as digital transformation in business, financial management, and career opportunities in commerce and IT. Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing innovative ideas and perspectives on contemporary business challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

The valedictory ceremony was graced by Dr. P. Subburethina Bharathi, Deputy General Manager (L&D), Kauvery Hospital, Trichy, who emphasized the importance of skill development, leadership qualities, and continuous learning in today\u2019s competitive job market. His motivational speech encouraged students to aspire for excellence and embrace challenges as opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The symposium provided an enriching platform for students to hone their skills, interact with industry experts, and gain real-world business insights, making it a memorable and impactful event.<\/span><\/p>\n
