As part of the Bridge Course initiative aimed at equipping first-year students with essential skills and knowledge for their academic and professional journey, a thought-provoking session titled <\/span>Inside the Corporate DNA & Workplace of the Future<\/b> was organized on 26th June 2025 at 11:30 AM.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session was delivered by Mr. M. Ganesh Thirunavukkarasu, Founder & CEO of UniqShift Ventures, who shared deep insights into the changing landscape of the corporate world. He discussed key attributes that define successful corporate cultures, emerging trends in workplace practices, and the skills students must develop to thrive in the future workplace. With real-world examples and engaging interaction, the session encouraged students to understand the mindset, adaptability, and innovation needed in modern professional environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, presided over the session and highlighted the importance of such initiatives in preparing students for a competitive and evolving job market. The session was effectively coordinated by Dr. B. Devibala, Assistant Professor, Department of English, who ensured the smooth execution of the event. The session proved to be highly informative and motivating, leaving students with a clearer perspective on their career goals and workplace expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n
