The School of Commerce in association with the CARE Placement Cell organized an inspiring Guest Lecture titled <\/span>Ambitions to Achievements<\/b> on 12th July 2025 at 9.00 AM in the Summit Hall. The session aimed to motivate students to align their goals with real-world career pathways and prepare them for future professional success.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, who emphasized the importance of goal setting and skill development in achieving career aspirations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session featured two distinguished speakers from the VDart Group \u2013 Mr. Derrick Alex J, Assistant General Manager and Mr. Steve Jackson, Corporate HR \u2013\u00a0 who delivered powerful and thought-provoking insights on career planning, self-discipline, workplace readiness, and the evolving expectations of corporate industries.<\/span>
\n<\/span>They shared practical strategies for transforming ambitions into measurable achievements and encouraged students to cultivate a growth mindset and adaptability in a competitive environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lecture was coordinated by Mr. Radhakrishnan Mathivanan, Placement Coordinator, whose efforts ensured the smooth organization of the event. The session was well-attended by students and faculty members and received highly positive feedback for its relevance, motivation, and engaging delivery. It served as a valuable bridge between academic learning and professional aspirations.<\/span><\/p>\n
