The Department of Visual Communication organised <\/span>Photography Contest 2K25 <\/b>on 16th August 2025 at 10.00 am in the CARE premises. The contest invited participants to capture creative perspectives under three exciting themes \u2013 Monochrome, My City My Pride, and Colours of Light. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their artistic vision, technical skills, and storytelling ability through the lens.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, who encouraged students to explore the power of photography as a medium of expression and documentation. Ms. T. Shalini, Assistant Professor, Department of Visual Communication, coordinated the event, ensuring its smooth execution. Ms. M. Manisha and Mr. D. Aravind, students of the Department of Visual Communication, served as student coordinators, actively facilitating the arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contest witnessed enthusiastic participation from budding photographers, resulting in a rich collection of visually compelling images that reflected creativity, originality, and thematic depth. The event successfully celebrated the art of photography while inspiring students to view the world from unique perspectives.<\/span><\/p>\n
