The Department of Commerce CA organised an insightful Guest Lecture on the topic <\/span>Beyond Borders (Study, Explore, Succeed)<\/b> on 11th August 2025 at 12.00 p.m. in Summit Hall. The session aimed to motivate students to explore global opportunities for higher education and career growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The distinguished guest speaker, Mr. S. Sivakumar, CEO of Trichy Plus, shared his valuable experiences and practical tips on studying abroad, embracing diverse cultures, and developing the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive international environment. His engaging presentation inspired the students to think beyond geographical limitations and prepare themselves for global challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

The programme was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, who emphasised the importance of broadening one\u2019s horizons and adapting to global trends. Dr. B. Abdul Suban, Head, Department of Commerce CA, felicitated the function. The event was effectively coordinated by Dr. N. Vinodha, Coordinator of Commerce CA.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lecture concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students actively participated and gained clarity on academic, cultural, and career aspects of studying abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n
