The Department of Commerce (CA) with the Institution of Innovation Council organized a Guest Lecture on the <\/span>Personalization & Predictive Analytics: The Future of AI in Commerce<\/b> on 3rd October 2025 at 9.30 a.m. in Summit Hall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Ramakrishnan Natraj, Founder & CEO of KlyONIX Tech, was the distinguished guest speaker. The guest enlightened the gathering with his expertise in Artificial Intelligence and its emerging applications in the field of commerce. He delivered an insightful session highlighting the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing personalization and predictive analytics within the field of commerce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He emphasized how personalization and predictive analytics are reshaping consumer experiences and decision-making in today\u2019s business world. The lecture provided students with a deeper understanding of how AI is transforming future opportunities in the commerce sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lecture was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal. Dr. B. Abdul Suban, Head of the Department of Commerce (CA), felicitated the function. The programme was well coordinated by Mr. M. Radhakrishnan, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce (CA).<\/span><\/p>\n
