Problem Statements

The primary health care system in India has evolved since independence and has a vast public health infrastructure with 23,391 primary health centers (PHCs) and 145,894 subcenters providing health services to 72.2% of the country’s population living in rural areas. Although the numbers look impressive, their functional status is underutilized in terms of physical infrastructure, manpower, equipment, drugs, and other logistical supplies that are greatly needed for ensuring quality services.

Expected Solutions:

The task is to build an application that allows checking the in-patients and their status at primary healthcare centres using a digital platform. The application should also include an admin dashboard for district health officials to monitor the check-in process and track in-patient details such as personal information, name, contact information, and any relevant medical history data and manage healthcare center operations. This could include the ability to assign doctors and healthcare assistants, and manage patient records. Application can be created to integrate all the primary health care health centres to establish the information about treatment, hospital locations, doctor’s details like contact numbers and emails. The dashboard should also provide analytics and reporting tools to help officials make data-driven decisions.

The vast majority of migrant workers in India are law-abiding citizens who contribute to the country’s economy and society. However, there have been isolated incidents of migrant workers committing crimes, just like any other group of people.

Migrant workers who commit crimes and then change locations can be difficult to track down and bring to justice. This is because they often move around frequently and may not have a fixed address or identification documents. In addition, language barriers, cultural differences, and fear of authorities can make it challenging for law enforcement to investigate crimes committed by migrant workers.

Expected Solutions:

The platform should have a Centralized database for information about migrant workers, including their personal details, Photographs, employment history, and location can help the police keep track of the movement of migrant workers and identify any criminal activities they may be involved in.

The platform should have a facial recognition application to identify migrant workers who may be involved in criminal activities by using.

The platform can use GPS or other location-tracking technologies to provide real-time information on the location of migrant workers to monitor their movement by Police.

The platform can help the police to identify the number of migrant workers in affected areas and take necessary measures to ensure their safety during emergencies such as natural disasters or accidents

Overall, the platform should help the police to track migrant workers by providing real-time information on their location and movements, identifying potential suspects in criminal activities, and providing mechanisms for reporting and emergency response. However, it is important to ensure that the platform is maintained in a transparent and accountable manner, and that the privacy and rights of migrant workers are protected.

Health camps are an important way to provide healthcare services in India, where there are significant disparities in access to healthcare between urban and rural areas, as well as between different socio-economic groups. Health camps can help address these disparities by providing healthcare services to underserved and remote populations.

Digital health camps are a way to leverage technology to provide healthcare services remotely to patients who may not have access to traditional healthcare services or those who are unable to travel to healthcare facilities due to mobility issues or other constraints and patients can access these services from their homes or other locations without the need for travel. Digital health camps can be more cost-effective than traditional healthcare services, as they can reduce the need for expensive medical equipment and infrastructure. This can make healthcare services more affordable and accessible to patients and also healthcare providers are more efficient by reducing the time by addressing a larger number of patients in a shorter period of time.

Expected solutions:

The platform should provide the details for Health department about what services will offer through the camp, what populations they will serve, and what outcomes they hope to achieve. The platform should provide features such as video conferencing for telehealth visits, appointment scheduling, patient portals for accessing medical records, and secure messaging.

A feedback management system is a tool that allows individuals or organizations to collect, analyze, and act on feedback in an efficient and effective manner.

Expected solutions:

The feedback platform collect feedback from various sources, including social media, customer reviews, and surveys, and convert the data into a structured format that can be easily analysed.

The feedback platform can be used to analyze feedback data, including sentiment analysis to identify positive, negative or neutral feedback. It can also help identify common themes or topics mentioned in the feedback.

The feedback platform can be used to identify patterns and trends in feedback data, allowing organizations to predict customer behavior and preferences, and take action to address issues before they arise.

The feedback platform can be used to classify feedback data into categories, such as customer service issues or product quality issues. This can help organizations prioritize their responses and take appropriate actions

The feedback platform can be used visualize the date and organizations to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into feedback data, making it easier to identify areas for improvement and take action.

High-risk patients are those who are at increased risk of developing serious health complications or experiencing adverse health outcomes due to their underlying medical conditions or other risk factors. These patients require prompt attention and care to minimize the risk of adverse events. Healthcare professionals should prioritize the needs of high-risk patients to ensure that they receive the care and attention they require.

The Chat platform features can facilitate better communication between doctors and high-risk patients. They can enable doctors to provide timely advice and guidance, answer patient questions, and help patients manage their conditions more effectively.

Expected solutions:

The chat feature ensure data privacy and security. Patient privacy is of utmost importance when it comes to healthcare communication. To ensure data privacy and security, the chat feature must comply with all relevant data privacy regulations and standards. This includes ensuring that the chat feature is end-to-end encrypted, that patient data is stored securely, and that only authorized users have access to patient information.

The chat feature should be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for doctors and high-risk patients to use. This includes features such as clear and concise messaging, simple navigation, and the ability to search and filter conversations.

The chat feature ensure timely communication between doctors and high-risk patients, the chat feature should provide real-time notifications for new messages or updates.

The chat feature Integrate with electronic health records to ensure that doctors have access to up-to-date patient information, the chat feature should be integrated with electronic health records (EHRs). This will allow doctors to review patient history and access relevant medical information directly from the chat feature.

The chat feature ensure should provide 24/7 support to ensure that doctors and high-risk patients can quickly and easily get the help they need during emergency issues.

Given a location and space, create an app to predict renewable power (solar and wind) over the next 3 days based on open-source weather information. The app needs to display the outputs via a dashboard with creative visualization of the various scenarios ( Rainy Day, Sunny Day, Wind Flow, etc.)
