Ltd. have following testing facilities,<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Easy Laser &#8211; Surface Flatness Measurement and alignment system &#8211; Make-DAMALINI AB \u2013 SWEDEN.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ultrasonic Testing Machine (Digital &amp; Analogue).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Magnetic Particle Testing machine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Liquid Penetrate Test kits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Painting Gauge \u2013Coat measure M-1. Digital &amp; Profile Gauge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Distance Measurement Laser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hydro Testing Pump ( 350 Kg\/cm2 (g) ) &amp; Pressure Gauges \u2013 Various Ranges.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>29 students of\u00a0 Mechanical Engineering and following Faculty members went for visit on 25-02-2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dr. D R Rajkumar, HoD\/MECH<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mr. S Karthik, AP\/MECH,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mr. S Baskaran, Lab Technician\/MECH<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The industrial visit was held on 25-02-2023. There was a representation on Manufacturing Technology\u00a0 for the Department of Mechanical students &amp; mainly focused on the Manufacturing area. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It was taken by <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mr. Sakthivel, HR who graced the occasion with their presence. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this Industrial visit, student and faculty members understood the process of Windmill towers manufacturing. Initial stainless steel plate was cut into required sizes. Then it was moved to LS Weld. After the process, it is moved to a bending machine. Then the bended materials are welded on the outside and the inner welding process is done by the submerged arc welding method. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then the welded tower is moved to the blasting area, after completing the blasting process, the windmill tower moved to the painting area, here painting is done based on the customer requirement.
