About 30 students of III Year Mechanical participated in the Guest lecture session on New Product Development. <strong>Dr.D.R.Rajkumar<\/strong> delivered the welcome address. <strong>Mr. M.Anthony Kingston in<\/strong>troduced the Chief Guest <strong>Mr.T.Hemachandar, Director &amp;amp; Properitor- BIM Institute of Digital Construction, Trichy.<\/strong> The Chief Guest inaugurated the function and gave confidence to the participants and brief about the topics,<br \/>\n1. Introduction to Tekla Structures<br \/>\n2. Basics of object creation and modification<br \/>\n3. Applying loads and constraints<br \/>\n4. Generating drawings<br \/>\n5. Creating structural elements<br \/>\n6. Analysis of structural models<br \/>\n7. Designing connections<br \/>\n8. Generating fabrication drawings<br \/>\n9. Reviewing drawings with fabricator<br \/>\n10.
