The first day session was handled by <strong>Mr. S. Shanmugam, Director, Design Desk (India) Private Limited, Chennai<\/strong>\u00a0on the topic\u00a0<strong>\u201cInnovation through Design Thinking\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0provides the importance of design thinking in our working environment. The session is aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial practices. Dr. J. Jeyarani, Dean IQAC felicitated over the function and gave<br \/>\nconfidence to the participants and brief about the current and future technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>DAY 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">The second day of the Faculty Development Programme commenced with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and commitment to advancing our collective knowledge. Building on the insights gained during the inaugural day, the second day offered participants an opportunity to enhance their understanding and refine their skills. The session on the second day (12.08.2024) was steered by<strong>\u00a0Dr. K. Kannan, Dean Academics<\/strong>, who delivered an insightful presentation on the Academic Regulation 2024 and effective teaching learning techniques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>DAY 3\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">The first session was conducted by\u00a0<strong>Dr. J. Jeyarani<\/strong>, who serves as the Dean &#8211; IQAC of CARE COE. The session was dedicated to discussing the various formats utilized by the IQAC for maintaining quality assurance across academic and administrative activities. The second session was conducted by\u00a0<strong>Dr. A. Pasumpon Pandian<\/strong>, who holds the position of Dean of Research and Development (R&amp;D) of CARE COE.
