  1. Introduction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Alumni Interaction Meet was organized by Department Of Artificial Intelligence And Data Science with Placement Cell on 28th<\/sup> August at Engineering Seminar Hall. The event aimed to bridge the gap between current students and alumni, providing students with valuable insights into the job market and the recruitment process. The meet was attended by Final Year students of AI&DS, CSE, MECH and ECE, faculty members, and distinguished alumni from Renault Nissan Technologies.<\/p>\n

    2. Objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The primary objectives of the meet were:<\/p>\n

    • To provide students with real-world insights into the placement process.<\/li>\n
    • To understand current trends in the job market.<\/li>\n
    • To offer networking opportunities between students and alumni.<\/li>\n
    • To equip students with practical tips and strategies for successful placements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Welcome and Introduction<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      The event commenced with a warm welcome by Mrs.T.Amutha, HOD\/AIDS Department, who introduced the alumni speakers ( and outlined the purpose of the meet. The host emphasized the importance of alumni engagement in enhancing the placement readiness of current students.<\/p>\n

      Alumni Sharing Session<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      A highlight of the event was the Alumni Sharing Session, where Ms.Swetha from Renault Nissan Technologies shared her experiences in the recruitment process of The Renault Nissan Technologies. She is working as a Graduate Engineer in Renault Nissan Technologies. She shared the important point for the placement like:<\/p>\n

      • Preparation strategies for campus placements.<\/li>\n
      • Interview tips and techniques.<\/li>\n
      • The importance of networking and internships.<\/li>\n
      • Insights into industry expectations from fresh graduates.<\/li>\n
      • Preparation of Resume and the Group Discussion Techniques.<\/li>\n
      • Self Introduction and the skills to be developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Students had the opportunity to engage with the Ms. Swetha in a Q&A session. Questions ranged from specific interview challenges to broader career advice. The interactive session provided students with tailored advice and clarified doubts related to their career paths.<\/p>\n

        Ms Swetha with experience in HR and recruitment led a session on practical tips for improving employability. Topics covered included:<\/p>\n
