This event aimed to raise awareness about heart health and the importance of adopting heart-healthy practices. NSS\/YRC volunteers actively participated, showcasing their dedication to promoting community wellness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The event began with a <\/span>welcome address by T.Pavithra<\/b> from II year AD. She warmly greeted the participants and emphasized the significance of heart health among young individuals, encouraging them to make positive lifestyle choices to safeguard their hearts.<\/span><\/p>\n

He highlighted the critical aspects of heart health, discussing how regular physical activity, a balanced diet, and stress management can significantly reduce the risk of heart disease. His guidance and leadership played a pivotal role in keeping the session informative and engaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart Health Awareness<\/b>:<\/span>

Participants discussed lifestyle factors such as the dangers of smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and high salt and sugar intake. These talks emphasized that small daily choices could make a big difference in long-term heart health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volunteer Engagement<\/b>:<\/span>

Many expressed how volunteering had nurtured their sense of responsibility towards health awareness and community service.<\/span>\u00a0The event concluded with a <\/span>vote of thanks delivered by A. Ranjani<\/b>, the NSS student coordinator from II year AD. She thanked all the participants, volunteers, and Management for making the event a success.
