The hands-on exercises allowed faculty members to step into the shoes of learners, explore new teaching strategies, and apply design thinking principles to real academic challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The session was led by our CEO,\u00a0<strong>Mr. Shri B. Prative Chend<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Dr. D. Sugumar<\/strong>, Principal of CARE Arts and Science College. As part of the hands-on activities, participants were encouraged to\u00a0<strong>deep dive into real-world challenges<\/strong>\u00a0by engaging in conversations with people across the CARE community. This approach helped them gather meaningful insights into common issues faced within the institution, laying the foundation for empathetic and solution-driven thinking throughout the Design Thinking process.<\/p>\n<p>The session concluded with impactful\u00a0<strong>presentations<\/strong>, where each team showcased their problem-solving approach and innovative ideas \u2014 turning concepts into actionable solutions. It was not just a training, but an experience of transformation through creativity, empathy, and experimentation<\/p>\n<p>To conclude, now that the faculty have gained a solid foundation in\u00a0<strong>Design Thinking<\/strong>, they are well-equipped to\u00a0<strong>put their learning into practice<\/strong>\u00a0and take the next step \u2014\u00a0<strong>empowering
