The FDP began with an insightful session on the <em data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"450\">Taxonomy of Learning<\/em> by Dr. K. Kannan, emphasizing structured learning outcomes for effective curriculum delivery. Faculty then engaged in a fun-filled <em data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"609\">Crossword Puzzle activity<\/em>, fostering collaboration and refreshing their minds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"925\">After a tea break, Dr. Kannan conducted a <em data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"768\">Group Activity on Teaching and Learning using the ARCS Model<\/em>, guiding faculty to integrate motivational strategies \u2013 Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction \u2013 into their classes to boost student engagement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1321\">Post-lunch, Dr. D. R. Rajkumar delivered a session on <em data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1035\">Student Discipline and Managing Disruptive Behaviour<\/em>, offering practical solutions for creating an effective learning environment. Dr. B. Gobalakrishnan followed with an impactful session on the <em data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1223\">Impact of Research on Teaching and Learning<\/em>, motivating faculty to incorporate research insights into their pedagogy for academic excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1566\">The FDP concluded with a collaborative session on <em data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1426\">Use of AI Tools in Teaching, Learning, and Research<\/em> by Dr. J. Jeyarani, Mr. K. Vetri Aadithiya, and Dr. B.
