A team of final year students successfully participated and presented in the <\/span>11th Kaizen Mela 2025<\/span><\/i>, organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Madurai Chapter. The Kaizen Mela serves as a platform for showcasing continuous improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of innovation across industries and educational institutions. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around <\/span>25<\/span><\/i> leading companies, including TVS Srichakra, JK Fenner, RBL Trichy, SRF Trichy, and TAFE Factory Madurai, among others.And It is a matter of pride that <\/span>our institute was the only educational institution<\/span><\/i> to participate in this event<\/span><\/p>\n

    Presentation Summary\u00a0 \u00a0–<\/b>The student team presented a case study on how the principles of Kaizen were effectively implemented within the institution to improve academic outcomes. Their presentation highlighted the structured efforts taken to enhance student learning, the positive impact on examination results, and the overall improvement in academic performance.<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Achievement –<\/b>The team secured the <\/span>Third Prize<\/b> in the educational category and was awarded a <\/span>cash prize of rupees 1,000<\/b> along with a <\/span>certificate of participation<\/b> from QCFI, Madurai Chapter.<\/span><\/h3>\n
