On behalf of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the selection meeting for the Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA) office bearers was held on August 1st, 2025, at 03:30 PM. A total of 70 mechanical engineering students participated actively in the Office Bearers Selection process, comprising 25 second-year students, 23 third-year students, and 29 fourth-year students. The meeting was presided over by the Head of the Department, Dr. D.R. Rajkumar, while MESA staff in-charge, N. Ganesh, outlined the roles and responsibilities of the office bearers. All faculty members of Mechanical Engineering participated and gave their support for the selection process. The Nominations for various positions were collected from students based on their interest and willingness to serve. The office bearers for the academic year 2025-2026 were then selected unopposed and the list of elected members is provided in the table below:<\/span><\/p>\n
