Vasanth Kumar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The event took place in the classroom from <\/span><b>11:00 AM to 12:00 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with active participation from the <\/span><b>Mechanical Engineering students<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The session commenced with a <\/span><b>welcome address by Dr. D. R. Rajkumar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. In his address, Dr. Rajkumar emphasized the importance of motivational programs in shaping the mindset and confidence of young engineering students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mr. T. Vasanth Kumar delivered an energizing and thought-provoking session, focusing on key topics such as <\/span><b>goal setting, time management, resilience, and the power of a positive mindset<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Through inspiring stories, real-life examples, and interactive engagement, he encouraged students to believe in their potential and pursue their goals with determination and self-discipline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The session was highly interactive, with the speaker inviting questions and sharing practical strategies to overcome academic and personal challenges.
