More than 35 students from various institutions, including <\/span><b>Saranathan College of Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>MAM School of Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and <\/span><b>K. Ramakrishna College of Engineering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Trichy actively participated in the event. The workshop aimed to provide fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience in ANSYS simulation tools, focusing on both ANSYS APDL and ANSYS Workbench.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The inaugural session began with a warm welcome address by <\/span><b>Dr. D. R. Rajkumar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, CARE College of Engineering. The session was graced by <\/span><b>Dr. K. Kannan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Dean Academics, who delivered an inspiring address highlighting the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">real-time industrial applications and importance of ANSYS in engineering analysis and design<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following the inauguration, the technical sessions commenced with Dr. D. R. Rajkumar led the forenoon session, focusing on the ANSYS APDL tool, its interface, and essential simulation commands. Then he solved two problems in structural analysis. One is on deformation analysis on bars and another one problem from truss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The afternoon session was handled by <\/span><b>Mr. A. Antony Luki, Assistant Professor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Department of Mechanical Engineering, CARE College of Engineering. Students executed ANSYS Workbench 2D element static stress analysis and also learned basic tools usage in ANSYS Workbench.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The workshop concluded with the <\/span><b>distribution of certificates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to all participants including our Mechanical Engineering Students from 3rd and Final year. <\/span><b>Mr. Gopinath<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a final-year Mechanical Engineering student, delivered the <\/span><b>vote of thanks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The participants expressed positive feedback, appreciating the well-structured sessions and valuable learning experience.<\/span><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
