Dr. P. Mani \/ Senior Grade Assistant Professor\/ Physics, Anna University, BIT Campus, Trichy was the Chief Guest of the session on \u201cGoal Setting, Time and Stress Management&#8221; for the I year Civil, Mechanical &amp; B.Des. students on 31\/08\/2026. During the session, he shared his prestigious moments with Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam when he worked as Deputy Director of Periyar Pura \u2013providing urban amenities in rural areas. Accordingly, the students should set such bigger goals in life. He also motivated the students to share their goals in life before the audience. Many students grabbed the opportunity and came to the stage to share their goals. He further added that if they take pains in four years of life, their life will be a success. They have to believe that they will receive the best, if they manage time and stress in both their personal and academic life. It is essential to recognize themselves, by analysing their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
