Mr. Karthick Thenalur, Director \u2013 Fiind Inc gave real world insights on \u201cData Analytics\u201d the next big field which has more than 4 million job openings.<\/p>\n

\u201cData Hackathon 2017\u201d was organized by CARE School of Business Management and Fiind Inc (A Data Science Startup) on the 25 & 26 February 2017. Mr. Kathick also remarked that there is a lot of space in the field of \u201cData Analytics\u201d which many students are not aware of.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe lack of awareness about Data Sciences and learning resources are the reasons why many students neglect this field. To bridge the gap and also to bring awareness among the people of Trichy, Data Hackathon 2017 was organized\u201d.<\/p>\n

Over 20 teams from various colleges across the region participated in the \u201cData Hackathon 2017\u201d where a real world data problem was given and the teams solved them. The event gave a hands on experience on how to apply tools to analyse big data and come to a inference \u2013 a skill that is most essential to pursue a career in Data Sciences.<\/p>\n

The winners of the hackathon were presented with cash awards and prizes by Mr. Karthick Thenalur.<\/p>\n

Employees of Fiind Inc were present at the event to give their ideas to participants about analysing Data.<\/p>\n

Participants were glad to know about the opportunities in the field of Data Sciences and were intrigued to have a hands on experience. Fiind Inc along with CARE School of Business Management also offers a certification course on Data Analytics.
