Gurunathan, Director, The DHAN Academy (TDA).<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gopinath, 1st year MBA student welcomed the gathering and introduced the speaker. Mr. R. Venkatesh, Head, CARE Business School felicitated the guest with a memento.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Gurunathan started of on a high note appreciating the efforts of Care Business School students and he spoke about the nuances of Non Profit Organization with vivid real time examples of The Dhan Foundation. He emphasized on the necessity of involvement of the aspiring managers in this avenue. He also threw light on the potential job opportunities in this sector.<\/p>\n<p>The key take-away of this session are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to explore potential opportunities in NPO.<\/li>\n<li>Importance of voluntary development movement.<\/li>\n<li>Difference between the process and functioning of Corporate and NPO.<\/li>\n<li>The ways and means to tackle the challenges faced by NPO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The session enriched the knowledge on NPO for B-school students. Mr. Gurunathan&#8217;s wonderful presentation made the understanding of the concept simple. The intellectual discussions lead to insightful learning.
