CARE Business School organized a Guest Lecture on “Supply Chain Networks”.
Mr. Karthi Kumar Balan, Assistant Executive Director (Commercial), South Region, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd was the resource person.
Mr. Karthi shared the importance of Supply Chain Networks in modern day business. He emphasised that it not only ensures that the cusotmers recieve the product/services in the right quantity, time and location but also ensures that quality is maintained in the delivery. He also shared his experience on how Supply Chain Networks help growth and thereby resulting in higher profits.
