CARE Business School organized a guest lecture on “Design Thinking” for the students of I MBA on 15.10.2024 from 02.00 pm to 05.00 pm. The guest lecture on “Design Thinking” aims to provide MBA students with an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of Design Thinking as an innovative and user-centered problem-solving approach. This interactive session will cover key concepts such as empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing, helping students develop the mindset and tools needed to tackle real-world business challenges.

OBJECTIVE: The main objective of this session was to impart knowledge about,
- The Design Thinking methodology, including its core principles, stages, and its role in solving complex business problems.
- The importance of teamwork and collaboration in the Design Thinking process to generate diverse perspectives and ideas.
- The practical exercises where they can apply Design Thinking techniques, such as empathy mapping, brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative testing.
OUTCOMES: Students will be able to think creatively, act empathetically, and lead innovation initiatives in their future careers.
