The Department of MBA Organized a Guest Lecture titled “Training to Transformation: The New Age of Learning and Development”. Mr.Dhivagar Gunasekaran, Lead – Learning and Development from VDart Technologies, Trichy was the resource person.

The resource person emphasized the strategic importance of L&D in enhancing employee performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

The session aimed to understand the On the Job and Off the Job Training and How Effectively Employees trained to Achieve the Career Goals and Organisation Goals. An acctivity was conducted by Mr.Dhivagar regarding Focus and Listening Skills based on the Job Training session.
