CARE Business School organized a guest lecture on “TEAM BUILDING” for the students of I MBA on 24.10.2024 from 11.00 am to 01.00 pm. This guest lecture on team building is designed to provide MBA students with a solid understanding of enhancing relationships, communication, and collaboration among the people. It helps to improve overall effectiveness, productivity, and morale. It involves activities, strategies, and practices aimed at strengthening the bond between team members and fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
OBJECTIVES: The main objective of this session was to impart knowledge about,
