ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development, design and production of institution’s Internal and external communications, including but not limited to Posters, Banners, Publications, Radio & TV ad’s , Website and social media updates.
- Serve as a primary media relation contact for the institution
- Provides leadership towards brand management and marketing strategy development for various organisational initiatives.
- Work along with the placement team to create the placement communication message to market the institution and attract high profile companies for placements.
- Own and manage all admission related events, exhibitions, fairs, school outreach programs, Student engagement and lead generation activities.
- Maintaining good ratio of applications sale for all the courses offered by the institution and ensure filling of all the seats across schools.
- Ensure proper counselling of all walk-in candidates to achieve good conversion ratio.
- Getting and utilizing student database through internal and external sources
- Record the measurement of all campaigns output and evaluate the ROI to seek strategies to optimize
- Maintain accurate records of annual marketing communication plan , including resources, costs as applicable
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (PGDM) with specialization in Marketing
- 6+ years of experience in handling marketing, communications, and/or public relations, with progressive increase in responsibility.
- Experience in education industry preferred
- Good understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Energetic, self-directed, and ambitious individual with a global mind-set interested in leading the institution to the edge of innovation in marketing and communications
