Perseverance, Tenacity, Grit and Determination combined with a Workable Idea, Reasonable Capital and A Good Team are the essentials of a successful Start Up said Ms. Latha Srinivasan, Founder – Director, Chippersage, NSRCEL IIM-Bangalore at “At Cross Roads – To be an Employee or an Entrepreneur, Start Up Trichy 4th Edition” organized by CARE School of Business Management, Trichy. “Belief in Hard Work and Conviction in the Idea are the pillars of great Start Ups” she added.
Answering a question about Women as Entrepreneurs Ms. Latha added that “Gender is not a limiting factor when it comes to Entrepreneurship as the challenges are equal among gender”. As many as 200 aspiring entrepreneurs and industrialists benefited out of the program. The program was co-chaired by Mr. B. Prative Chend, CEO, CARE Group of Institutions who added that Starting Up between the age of 18-24 is best as the young age group has more freedom and less family pressure.
