Answering a question about Women as Entrepreneurs Ms. Latha added that “Gender is not a limiting factor when it comes to Entrepreneurship as the challenges are equal among gender”. As many as 200 aspiring entrepreneurs and industrialists benefited out of the program. The program was co-chaired by Mr. B. Prative Chend, CEO, CARE Group of Institutions who added that Starting Up between the age of 18-24 is best as the young age group has more freedom and less family pressure.
