“6th Graduation day” was celebrated by CARE Group of Institutions on 22 July 2017. Shri. R. Sundaram Founder & Managing Director, The Salem Aero Park, Aerospace Engineers Pvt Ltd., was the chief guest of the ceremony. He also headed the graduation oath, gave the graduation address and distributed the degree certificates to the graduates.
256 graduates received their degrees with 48 from Civil Engineering, 16 from Computer Science Engineering, 17 from Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 22 from Electronics and Communication Engineering Engineering, 81 from Mechanical Engineering, 10 from Material Science Engineering, 19 from Master of Business Administration and 32 from Bachelor of Architecture. Rank holders were honoured with 2 rank holders from Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and 1 rank holder from Bachelor of Architecture.
Shri. R. Sundaram also added that “Path breaking offerings by entrepreneurs, in the form of new goods & services, result in new employment, which can produce a cascading effect or virtuous circle in the economy. The stimulation of related businesses or sectors that support the new venture add to further economic development. Additionally, the cascading effect of increased employment and higher earnings contribute to better national income in form of higher tax revenue and higher government spending. This revenue can be used by the government to invest in other, struggling sectors and human capital”.
