Germinate’21 – I MBA Inaugural

 

Germinate ’21 – The Bridge Course for I year MBA students was inaugurated by CARE Business School 20th October, 2021 for the academic year 2021-23.  The Chief Guest Mr.  Suresh, Founder,  CEO of Pepul & MacAppStudio. The event was graced by the presence of freshers, senior students and faculty members of the college.

The inaugural ceremony commenced with the welcome address by Ms. Jayalakshmi 2nd year MBA student and hosted the ceremony. Mr. Venkatesh. R Head, CARE Business School welcomed the gathering and gave the felicitation Address. In his speech, he narrated the process at CARE Business School in transforming the students to Business Leaders. The emphasis was on the industry connect which is the essence of a successful B-School. CBS focus on activity based learning where students understand concepts by practical applications through internship and immersive learning process.

The Chief Guest Mr. Suresh Kumar shared his entrepreneurial journey  and instilled confidence in the minds of the audience how a boy from a small town Trichy with B.E in EEE could become a Million Dollar Startup in a span of 10 years. He shared his experience where he started his career as a Senior Engineer at Cisco and the life struggles he faced and how he succeeded in his life. He stated that “What one knows is only a handful, whereas the unknown is the size of the world.” which is a famous and universally accepted quote by the Tamil poet “ Avvaiyaar”. And he encouraged the students that “marks are not enough to get placed in any company, Skill is the important factor that young students should develop. He addressed young students that they should be confident and bold enough to face any challenges in life.

He said that we should find what will do good for others and everyone should discover their purpose, personal talent & interest and work on it and finally, they will reach their destination where each and everyone is a winner in their own life.

The prestigious part of the inaugural ceremony was the presence of Mr Suresh Kumar. In his wonderful speech, young enthusiastic managers and entrepreneurs admired and inspired like anything, students raised many questions to him and many students interacted well and got much information in the field of Entrepreneurship.

Mr Ram Balaji of Final Master of Business Administration expressed gratitude on behalf of the entire department, including the CEO, the HOD, and faculty advisors without whom this event wouldn’t have been possible. He thanked the chief guest for gracing the occasion with his solemn presence and to all the students of the MBA department who were the main element of this function and everyone who had supported and made time for the inaugural ceremony.
