CARE Business School organized a guest lecture on “Non Profit Organization – Innovative Opportunities & Challenges “, on Saturday 4th December 2021. The guest speaker was Mr. A. Gurunathan, Director, The DHAN Academy (TDA).
Mr. Gopinath, 1st year MBA student welcomed the gathering and introduced the speaker. Mr. R. Venkatesh, Head, CARE Business School felicitated the guest with a memento.
Mr. Gurunathan started of on a high note appreciating the efforts of Care Business School students and he spoke about the nuances of Non Profit Organization with vivid real time examples of The Dhan Foundation. He emphasized on the necessity of involvement of the aspiring managers in this avenue. He also threw light on the potential job opportunities in this sector.

- Importance of voluntary development movement.
- Difference between the process and functioning of Corporate and NPO.
- The ways and means to tackle the challenges faced by NPO.
