CARE Business school organized an International women’s day talk on 11th March 2023, Saturday.
Mrs. Vaijayanthi Srinivasaraghavan, Associate partner – Workforce Management at IBM, was the resource person.
She spoke about risk taking , Work life integration, and allyship towards support . She also appropriated the importance of showing gratitude to our parents. Following the presentation, the students raised their questions on Allyship, mental health vs. physical health and gender discrimination.
