MDP was conducted for Bhavani Saw Mills employees on the topic ‘Team Building’ on 27.05.2013. The objective of the program is to inculcate the importance of the team,team spirit,team coordination etc through various activities, Video clippings, Management Games etc.
CSBM & Madras Managment Association together started “CSBM- MMA students’ chapter” on 13.05.2013. Group Captain R.VijayaKumar(VSM) Executive Director MMA inaugrated the association and adressed the students. He also installed the office bearers for the year 2013-2014. All the students of CSBM got registered as members of the association.

Student development programme on ‘Exam Stress’ was conducted in various schools: The objective of the exam stress program was to inculcate the need to manage exam fear and tension which comes during exams. The content was elucidated with Management games, activities, video clippings and power point presentations along with lecture.
