The Department of Commerce and Management organised a Guest lecture on “Being Industry Ready”.
The guest speaker was Mr. Thilak Swaminathan Daniel, Manager – Accenture, Chennai.
He has vast experience in the finance sector and worked with top companies like TCS, BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered. The Guest talked about the expectations of an Industry, and what steps should be taken by the students to reach certain levels in Career Ladder. He explained about the current situation of the industry and challenged ahead. And also said that “Students should develop interpersonal skills and have a plan for the future”.
