Department of Interior Design went on a two-day industrial visit to Auroville Bamboo centre, Pondicherry from October 10, 2022, to 12 October 2022. Case study was done on different wooden materials and its finishes suitable for furnitures. Various types of joinery details were studied that could be implemented in their projects.
