World Consumer Rights Day was observed by Department of B.com Computer Application. The Department organized a Guest Lecture on “Consumer Rights Under Judiciary” on 15.03.2023. The key note speaker of the event was Mrs. M.Uma Maheswari .B.A., L.L.B (Hons)., – Madurai High Court Lawyer. Right to protection of one’s health and Safe guarding the consumer against any unfair practices of trade, like Price, Food and Standard of Goods and Services was the Session’s discussion and the interaction. Mrs. Uma Maheswari also clarified the some information regarding the rights of the consumer.
