The School of Commerce organized an insightful awareness session on Improving the Mental Health of College Students on 25.06.2025 at 10:00 AM. The session featured expert speakers Dr. N. Arunkumar, Director & Senior Psychiatrist, Athma Mind Care Hospital, and Mr. J. Karanlouis, Physical Director (Mind Club) & Community Mental Health Worker from Athma Hospital. They addressed the importance of mental well-being and shared practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and academic pressure among students. Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, presided over the function and emphasized the need for mental health awareness in academic institutions. The session was coordinated by Dr. B. Abdul Suban, HOD, School of Commerce.
