Students Activity on Transaction Tracker

The School of Commerce organized an experiential learning activity on 16th July, 2025 titled Transaction Tracker for the I BBA students at 9:00 AM on the CARE Campus. This activity aimed to introduce students to the fundamentals of business transactions and the practical aspects of financial documentation in a simplified, interactive manner.

Students participated enthusiastically in simulating real-time business scenarios, where they recorded, tracked, and analyzed various types of transactions. This hands-on approach helped them understand key accounting concepts such as debit and credit, journal entries, and ledger preparation. It also enhanced their decision-making and problem-solving skills in the context of day-to-day commercial operations.

The session was effectively coordinated by Dr. N. Vinodha, Coordinator & Assistant Professor, Department of B.Com (CA), who guided the students throughout the activity and ensured the learning objectives were successfully met.

Overall, Transaction Tracker served as a foundational platform for first-year students to bridge classroom learning with real-world business practices.
