Thiru. K. Nelson, District Tourism Officer (Trichy &Perambalur) at the Government of Tamil Nadu Tourist Office, Trichy, conducted a session on Sustainable Tourism (An Experimental Study on Trichy Tourism) from 13th to 15th June 2024 during the field visit training. Training on Sustainable Tourism focused on promoting eco-friendly and responsible travel practices that minimize environmental impact. Participants gained hands-on experience in how tourism can support local communities while preserving natural and cultural resources for future generations.
