CARE prepares the students to become industry ready based on their passion. We do a psychometric analysis for the students to understand their skills and help them to map with industries need. Based on this there will be summer and winter certification to minimize the skill gap.
There will be merit based internship and students can participate the placement drive until reached the dreamed jobs.
During the beginning of the year, profiling for students will be done. Based on the profiling students will be mentored once in 20 days. Profiling helps in finding out the skill gap of students based on that training module will be designed. Each student will be given training with utmost care. Through each stage they will be assessed and feedback will be given to them. By this mentoring process students will be equipped to face the real world outside and meritorious students will be sent to internships
