Guest Lecture on User Adoption Resistance in CRM

The Department of B.Com (CA) organized an insightful Guest lecture on User Adoption Resistance in CRM for III BBA students on February 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Summit Hall. The session aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), its significance in academic and business settings, and the challenges associated with user adoption.

 The special speaker, Ms. V. Geethanjali, B.Tech (IT), Admin Executive, CARE College of Arts & Science, shared valuable insights on the role of CRM in academic institutions, highlighting its applications in managing student data, communication, and administrative processes. She also discussed strategies to overcome resistance to CRM adoption, making the session highly informative and engaging.

The event was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, CARE College of Arts & Science. The session provided students with practical exposure to CRM operations, enhancing their understanding of its implementation, benefits, and real-world applications.
