The Women Empowerment Cell of CARE College organised The Women’s Enrichment Program titled Herwell: Empower, Energize, Elevate on 12th August 2025 at 9:30 a.m. The program aimed to inspire, educate, and empower women through health awareness and personal well-being guidance.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Nirmala Sarath, MBBS, DGO, Women’s Health Specialist, Kamala Nursing Home, Trichy, addressed the gathering with an insightful session on women’s physical and emotional health. She emphasized the importance of self-care, preventive healthcare, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle in the modern era.
The event was coordinated by Dr. B. Devibala, Women Empowerment Cell Coordinator and Assistant Professor, Department of English. Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, presided over the program and encouraged the participants to take proactive steps towards holistic well-being.
The session proved to be enriching, motivating the participants to embrace empowerment through knowledge, health, and self-confidence.
