Startup Spark, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council, organized the STARTUP SPARK – Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDP Cell) Inauguration on 18th September 2025 at Summit Hall. The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Aashik Rahman, CEO, Propeller Technologies R&D Pvt. Ltd., who addressed the gathering and shared his valuable insights on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the emerging startup ecosystem.
The program was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, who highlighted the importance of nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students. The event also acknowledged the efforts of the EDP Cell Coordinator, Mr. B. Karthikeyan, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, for initiating and guiding this platform that aims to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial development within the campus.
The inauguration served as a motivating platform for students to explore their innovative ideas and develop an entrepreneurial mindset, paving the way for future startup initiatives.
