CARE College of Arts & Science organized an insightful career guidance programme titled Career Clarity in a Rapidly Changing World on 21 February 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at Fulcrum. The programme featured eminent industry experts who addressed students on diverse and relevant career themes.
Bharathkumar Mayakrishnan, HR Professional, Finzly Public Speaker delivered a session on Industry Expectations & Employability Skills highlighting the competencies and professional attributes required in today’s competitive job market. Hariharan Subramanian, Head HR, IRIS Software Group, spoke on Career Pathways – Higher Studies, Certifications & Global Opportunities guiding students on academic progression and international prospects. Bharathiraja Thangappalam, Founder, Frugal Software Architect presented on Future Career Trends & Emerging Job Roles offering insights into evolving industries and technological advancements. Caleb Andrews, HR Leader, HCLTech, shared his experience through a session on From Campus to Corporate – Real Career Experience providing practical guidance on transitioning successfully into the corporate world. The programme equipped students with valuable knowledge, clarity, and confidence to navigate the rapidly changing professional landscape.
