The Department of Business Administration at CARE College of Arts & Science along with Institution’s Innovation Council organized a Business Spotlight Series on 9th July 2026 from 10.30am to 12.00pm to provide students with valuable insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and business success. The session featured Mr. Moses Dharma Balan G, Founder of Aaladipattiyan Karupatti Coffee & Aaladis Sweets, who shared his inspiring entrepreneurial journey, the challenges of building a successful brand, and the importance of perseverance, quality, and customer trust in achieving sustainable growth.
The programme was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, and felicitated by Dr. K. Kalpana, Head of the Department of Business Administration. The event was coordinated by Mr. F. Justin Joe, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration.
Through this interactive session, students gained practical knowledge of business development, strategic decision-making, and the entrepreneurial mindset, motivating them to pursue innovative ideas and future business ventures with confidence.
