The School of Commerce, Department of Commerce (CA), CARE College of Arts & Science, organised the Student Association Office Bearers’ Investiture Ceremony 2026 on 19 August 2026 at 2.00 p.m. at Fulcrum. The ceremony was organised under the theme “Lead • Inspire • Transform”, highlighting the importance of leadership, responsibility and teamwork among students.
The programme was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, and Dr. K. Alex, Dean (Academics). Mr. Deepesh Nambiar, CEO, Vijay Dairy and Farm Products Ltd., graced the occasion as the Resource Person and inspired the newly elected office bearers with valuable insights on leadership, professional growth and effective team management. Dr. B. Abdul Suban, Head & Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce (CA), felicitated the function.
The investiture ceremony formally entrusted the newly elected student association office bearers with their responsibilities, encouraging them to lead their peers with commitment, integrity and confidence. The event served as a platform to nurture leadership qualities, decision-making skills, collaboration and a sense of responsibility among students.
The programme was coordinated by Radhakrishnan Mathivanan, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce (CA). The ceremony concluded with a renewed commitment from the student leaders to lead with purpose, inspire their peers and contribute meaningfully to the academic and co-curricular development of the institution.
