The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of CARE College of Arts & Science, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organised the Business Spotlight Series – “The Story Behind the Business” on 14 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the college premises.
The programme was presided over by Dr. D. Sugumar, Principal, and felicitated by Dr. K. Alex, Dean Academics. Mr. F. Justin Joe, Assistant Professor, Department of BBA served as the Co-ordinator of the programme.
The programme featured an interactive session with Mr. Ba. Ramesh, Joint Managing Director of Thangamayil Jewellery, who shared insights into his entrepreneurial journey, business development, and the experiences behind building a successful enterprise. The session provided students with valuable exposure to real-world business practices and entrepreneurial challenges, inspiring them to develop innovative ideas and pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.
