CARE College of Arts & Science organized a Guest Lecture on the topic
“Interaction with a HR Professional”
on 17 July 2021, 10:00AM to 11:00AM through Google Meet.
Mr. I. Anand, Asst Manager – HR, Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd was the resource person.
The event started with welcome address delivered by Mr. A. Sangeet Kumar, AP. Faculty & Students from B.Com, B.Com CA & BBA attended this session. The speaker emphasized his ideas on recruitment process, online job opportunities & the specific domains of HR Profession. He highlighted the difficulties of online works & suggested solutions for the challenges. He spoke on the importance of Communication, Attitude & Behaviour while facing an interview.
The guest remarked that the current pandemic situation is the best opportunity for students to gain knowledge in addition to their academics.
Students actively interacted with him and got enlightened about the nuances of Human Resource Professional.
