CARE College of Arts and Science has organised Guest lecture on the topic “Partnership Firms” On 28/08/21 . The program was started at 11.00AM with welcome address, delivered by A. Sangeeth Kumar, A/P English.
Mr.C.Dinesh, an Advocate & Visiting Faculty,has acted as resource person.He explained the introduction of partner,Registration of partnership firm, types, rights and duties of partnership. In addition he pointed out Reconstitution of the firms and it’s rules. He also gave a brief note on the types of partners, their fundamental rights and duties.
Students from B.Com, B.Com (C.A), BBA, benefited through his lecture. Finally the program ended with vote of thanks delivered by Ms.S Aiswarya, A/P Business Management.
